Jobs Queensland

Operating out of Smart City Vocational College is Jobs Queensland Ltd; a community not-for-profit organisation. Jobs Queensland’s core business was established to:

• Provide all services including job training to assist the unemployed particularly the long term unemployed and other disadvantaged groups in the community including persons in necessitous circumstances to obtain and retain employment.
• Promote and administer various labour market programs to enhance the skills and employment opportunities of disadvantaged job seekers

Jobs Queensland delivers funded programs under the Skilling Queensladers for Work and Queenslanders Working Together initiatives through the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations and the QLD State Government.
