Gareth Gadd - IT Technician / Partner

Gareth has been working in the IT support and maintenance industry for 15 years since before he graduated with an honours degree from Southbank University London, UK. Starting out on customer facing helpdesk call centers and quickly moving on to on site support he has honed his skills across a wide array of different IT infrastructures and systems.

Gareth moved from London to Rockhampton in Janurary 2006 with his wife who is a local to start a family. Initially working for Minniecon and Burke, taking care of their large IT system spanning 10 sites up the Queensland coast. When the government contract was suddenly pulled form under them he was made redundant and decided to go into partnership with Jamie Burke as he shared a vision for a bespoke, honest, and complete IT solution for local businesses
